Refund policy

At ACCOLADE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, sale items, personalized/custom items, and perishable products cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • In some cases, a store credit or gift card may be provided instead.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Follow the instructions provided for returning your item(s).

  3. Ship the item securely using a trackable shipping method.

Late or Missing Refunds
